Requirements
- Capability to manage sales processes and strategies to maximize revenue by meeting budgeted revenue and profit goals for Retail Stores within the cluster.
- Ensure the execution of SOPs by maintaining operational excellence throughout the cluster.
- Oversee and implement SOPs related to Visual Merchandising (VM) at stores.
- Drive customer engagement by designing mechanisms and strategies for acquiring new customers and winning back repeat customers through diverse marketing initiatives across the cluster.
- Skillfully manage and strengthen customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional customer experiences during and after sales.
- Develop leadership skills and provide growth opportunities to employees via various step-up programs across the cluster.
- Enhance employees' functional capabilities through targeted training interventions.
- Effectively handle and resolve conflicts in a constructive manner.
- Foster a culture of trust, integrity, and respect among all employees across the cluster.
