We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with 7–12 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Salesforce Platform Development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Apex, with a proven ability to build robust, high-performance applications that support complex business processes.
In this role, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, administrators, and cross-functional development teams to deliver innovative solutions while ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices, security standards, and coding guidelines. The position requires excellent analytical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work in an agile development environment.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce applications and enhancements.
- Build and maintain scalable solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex.
- Develop Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, queueable jobs, schedulers, and asynchronous processes.
- Create and customize Lightning pages, custom objects, validation rules, workflows, flows, and approval processes.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and other integration technologies.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex production issues.
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following Salesforce development best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and architecture planning sessions.
- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure comprehensive unit testing and high deployment quality.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment activities across different environments.
- Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and platform limitations while designing solutions.

Must-Have Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Development
- Extensive expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Advanced proficiency in Apex programming
- Experience with SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce data modeling
- Knowledge of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and permission sets
- Experience with Flows, Triggers, Custom Objects, and Custom Metadata
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP integrations and API development
- Strong debugging, optimization, and troubleshooting capabilities
- Experience with version control systems such as Git and modern DevOps practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce integrations involving enterprise applications and third-party platforms
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools and automated deployment strategies
- Exposure to Salesforce Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, or Sales Cloud implementations
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- Salesforce Platform Developer certifications are highly desirable
