Requirements
Key Responsibilities
· Lead the design, architecture, and development of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next (Growth/Advanced) solutions.
· Develop omnichannel customer journeys across Email, SMS, Push, WhatsApp, and Mobile channels.
· Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Salesforce Data Cloud to enable real-time, event-driven marketing.
· Design and implement insurance-specific campaigns including onboarding, renewals, claims communication, cross-sell, and upsell journeys.
· Configure advanced automation using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and APIs.
· Leverage Einstein AI capabilities for predictive engagement, segmentation, and personalization.
· Collaborate with Data, CRM, Analytics, and AI teams to enable Customer 360 use cases.
· Ensure compliance with insurance regulatory requirements (consent, privacy, preference management).
· Provide technical leadership, code reviews, mentoring, and delivery governance.
· Engage with stakeholders and clients to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
· 7+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development and solution design.
· Hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud Next / Growth capabilities.
· Strong expertise in Flow Builder, Campaigns, Email, Mobile, Contact & Segments.
· Solid understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud including data ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation.
· Experience integrating Marketing Cloud Advanced with Pega CRM, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and external insurance systems.
· Strong HTML, CSS,SQL, AMPscript, SSJS, REST/SOAP API knowledge.
· Proven experience working in the Insurance domain (Life, Health, P&C) with industry-specific use cases.
· Understanding of insurance customer lifecycle, policy management, renewals, claims, and compliance.
· Experience with consent management, GDPR, and data privacy regulations.
Good to Have Skills
· Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant or Advanced Specialist certification.
· Salesforce Data Cloud certification or hands-on implementation experience.
· Experience with Salesforce Personalization or Interaction Studio.
· Exposure to AI-driven marketing, predictive analytics, and Next Best Action use cases.
· Experience in large-scale enterprise or consulting environments.
