7. About the Role:
8. The Virtual Business Administration Manager (VBAM) is a remote contractor role responsible for managing most shared services across TLI. You will take a leading role in overseeing several functional areas, including Business Intelligence (BI), 3rd Party Tech Support, General Administration (Human Resources), and Recruiting. Your objective is to ensure the efficiency, quality, and output of all operational support functions while directly coaching team leaders to achieve company goals.

Requirements

Qualifications:

1. Demonstrated managerial experience with 3-5 years in management or operations roles, ideally within a remote and fast-paced setting.
2. Capable of overseeing complex data projects (BI) and managing technical tool subscriptions while driving the implementation of long-term growth strategies.
3. Proven track record in leading business operations in a similar role, working with a global team.
