Keen to further empower our team by onboarding more talent, we are looking for a Plant Junior HR Business Partner to support our Manufacturing Plant in Xanthi.
Working closely with plant leadership and employees, you will help drive key people’s initiatives across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management and engagement. The role requires a hands-on approach, strong presence on the production floor and close collaboration with both white-collar and blue-collar populations to support business performance and foster positive employee experience.
Key activities and responsibilities of this role include
HR Business Partnering & Employee Relations
- Partner with managers and supervisors to support people-related decisions and foster a positive employee experience.
- Build strong relationships with both blue-collar and white-collar employees, maintaining regular presence on the production floor.
- Support employee relations matters and ensure consistent application of HR policies and practices.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end recruitment activities, with a strong focus on blue-collar hiring.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and support workforce planning initiatives.
- Ensure effective onboarding and integration of new employees into the organization.
Performance, Development & Engagement
- Coordinate training and development initiatives based on business and workforce needs.
- Contribute to employee engagement activities and initiatives that strengthen organizational culture and retention.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Monitor key workforce indicators, including turnover, absenteeism and staffing needs.
- Ensure compliance with labor legislation, company policies and HR procedures.
- Maintain accurate HR records and support reporting and people analytics activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably within a manufacturing, industrial or operational environment.
- Familiarity with labor legislation and HR practices.
- Experience in recruitment activities, including blue-collar hiring.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Knowledge of HRMS would be an advantage.
- Fluency in Greek & English (both verbal & written).
