Job Description
- Coordinate and supervise site maintenance activities
- Participate in HAZID, HAZOP, fault tree analysis, PTW processes, and HSE meetings
- Define maintenance priorities in coordination with operational teams
- Monitor critical parameters of static and rotating equipment (vibrations, temperatures, pressures, availability, efficiency, etc.)
- Support the implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance strategies
- Optimize short- and long-term maintenance plans
- Ensure compliance with site maintenance procedures and policies
- Liaise with inspection teams to optimize equipment shutdown periods
- Participate in daily PTW meetings and regular maintenance meetings
- Ensure availability of spare parts and consumables
- Analyze breakdowns and production shortfalls
- Contribute to maintenance budgeting activities
- Evaluate maintenance contractors’ performance and ensure HSE compliance
- Monitor and report maintenance KPIs
Qualifications
Education
- Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation disciplines
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial maintenance activities
- At least 5 years of experience in operational maintenance within Oil & Gas facilities
Technical Skills
- Strong experience in industrial maintenance operations
- Good knowledge of maintenance contracts management
- Familiarity with rotating equipment and reliability strategies
- Understanding of HSE standards and industrial site requirements
Languages
- Fluent English required
- Italian would be considered a strong advantage
