Job Description
- Ensure procurement compliance with company QA/QC requirements (PO/SO validation)
- Perform receiving inspections of equipment and materials from vendors
- Conduct quality audits of vendors and drilling contractors
- Define and enforce technical storage specifications for drilling and wells equipment
- Implement and maintain Service Quality Plans (SQP) in line with API Q2 and service criticality
- Coordinate and follow API Q2 audit plans for service contracts
- Organize and supervise equipment inspections at contractor locations
- Manage equipment release process prior to rig mobilization (Final Release Note system)
- Implement and maintain inspection reporting systems (IQ-ALL, IQ-NPT)
- Track and manage NPT events, NCRs, and continuous improvement actions
- Support failure investigations and root cause analysis (troubleshooting, cause tree analysis)
- Conduct monthly performance reviews with service contractors
- Ensure service performance monitoring through scorecards and SQM
- Support drilling operations with QA/QC expertise and standards compliance
- Provide monthly reporting on QA/QC performance and improvement actions
- Participate in audits of rig management systems and corrective action tracking
Qualifications
Experience
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas
- At least 10 years in QA/QC roles
- Minimum 8 years specifically within drilling activities (OCTG, equipment procurement, service contracts QA/QC)
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of drilling, completion, and well intervention operations
- Solid understanding of drilling equipment and service operations on rigs
- Lead Auditor certification ISO 9001 / API Q1
- API Q2 Practitioner certification
- Experience with QA/QC systems, audits, and contractor management

- Fluent English (mandatory)
