Position Summary
The Residential Service Plumber is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential plumbing systems while delivering an outstanding customer experience. This role is ideal for a plumber who enjoys service work, building customer relationships, and identifying solutions that meet homeowners' needs.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues
- Service water heaters, tankless water heaters, fixtures, drains, and water lines
- Perform plumbing inspections and preventative maintenance
- Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options
- Present solutions and recommendations that best fit customer needs
- Complete service calls efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and company standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
- Deliver exceptional customer service on every call
Qualifications
- 3+ years of residential plumbing service experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with water heaters, fixtures, drain systems, and residential plumbing repairs
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to build trust with homeowners and present solutions confidently
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
