Job Description
- Curated and developed seasonal cocktail menus featuring premium European spirits, Belgian beers, and creative signature drinks aligned with the bar’s rooftop concept.
- Provided expert recommendations on craft beers, wines, and spirits, ensuring an elevated guest experience and personalized beverage pairings.
- Led the bar team to deliver exceptional service standards, maintaining consistency in drink quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
- Greeted guests warmly, managed drink orders efficiently, and ensured timely service of high-quality beverages in a vibrant rooftop setting.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a bartender, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Extensive knowledge of premium beers, European spirits, and craft cocktails, with strong experience in curating creative beverage menus and supervising bar operations in a high-end rooftop environment.
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktail techniques, presentation, and modern mixology.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure all drinks are crafted to perfection.
