Due to continuous growth and expansion, Sunlight Group offers a great opportunity for career development and is seeking to attract a Customer Service Specialist to join our Sales Operations team at Sunlight’s Athens premises. The role is responsible for supporting all stages of the sales cycle. Also, is responsible for executing sales operations activities and reinforcing customer relationships management by foresting effective communication between Sales Division and customers.
Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:
- Monitors and coordinates customer orders throughout the entire process flow to ensure accurate execution and optimal customer satisfaction.
- Responds promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing effective support and issue resolution.
- Manages and resolves customer requests through the ERP system (SAP), ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Prepares and maintains order progress reports to ensure customer expectations regarding delivery timelines are properly communicated and achieved.
- Registers and manages customer claims, ensuring timely follow-up and satisfactory resolution in alignment with company standards.
- Identifies recurring issues and areas for process improvement, providing feedback and recommendations to the Sales Operation & Support Supervisor.
- Collaborates effectively with internal departments to ensure smooth order handling and high service quality.
- Maintains accurate customer records and documentation in company systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Service or Sales Support roles, preferably within an industrial/manufacturing environment.
- Excellent command of English; German will be considered an asset.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and hands-on experience with SAP/ERP systems.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
