Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and reliable Flashing Operator to join our Coffs Harbour manufacturing team.

About the Role

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for manufacturing custom flashings and sheet metal products to customer specifications while ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a strong attention to detail who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate flashing and sheet metal folding equipment safely and efficiently
• Manufacture custom flashings and related products to customer specifications
• Read and interpret production orders, drawings, and measurements
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
• Handle and move materials safely throughout the production process
• Assist with loading, packing, and preparing customer orders for dispatch
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment
• Support general production activities as required

About You

• Previous manufacturing, sheet metal, or flashing experience highly regarded
• Ability to read measurements and work accurately with detailed specifications
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Forklift licence advantageous but not essential
• Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
• Ability to work in a physically active manufacturing environment
