Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Address complex issues/questions and propose solutions / workarounds;
• Design, develop, and implement inbound/outbound integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) adapters, orchestration flows and mappings;
• Develop enhancements to pages using Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS);
• Fix data quality issues using Oracle Fusion HCM Data Loader (HDL);
• Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy. 

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree;
• 5 years of experience in the field of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC);
• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) expertise: Designing, developing, and implementing inbound/outbound integrations using OIC adapters, orchestration flows, and mappings;
• Oracle HCM: understanding of HCM modules (mainly Core HR) and their data structures;
• API and Web Services: Proficiency in REST, SOAP, and OIC connectivity agents for integrating external system;
• Prior experience on Oracle HCM Data Loader (HDL);
• Proven understanding of Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS);
• Knowledge of Oracle HCM technical configuration: fast formulas, reporting (BI publisher/OTBI), HCM extract would be an advantage;
• Very good communication skills in English;
• Excellent teamwork and problem solving.
