Senior Business Analyst

Quento Technologies seeks a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Analyst.

Responsibilities:

• Gathering, documenting & analysing business requirements, processes, and workflows;
• Translating business requirements into functional specifications for technology teams;
• Collaborating with project managers, developers, and testers to ensure successful project delivery;
• Identifying areas for process improvement;
• Recommending solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness;
• Ensuring that all activities and duties comply fully with regulatory requirements, including the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements

• University degree;

Minimum 7 years of proven experience in:

• Gathering, documenting & analyzing business requirements, processes, and workflows;
• Translating business requirements into functional specifications for technology teams;
• Collaborating with project managers, developers, and testers to ensure successful project delivery;
• Identifying areas for process improvement;
• Recommending solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness;

Deep Knowledge of:

• Business analysis technics, tools and methods;
• PeopleSoft FSCM (Purchasing, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Expenses);
• Strong technical experience in PeopleSoft applications using PeopleTools 8.59 and above including PeopleCode, Application Engine, PS Query, SQL;

• Very good knowledge of English (Level C1) is required.
