BrightBee is owned and represented by Debbie van Dorst. If you are looking for a clever, critical, decisive and fun to work with professional who can help translate your marcom questions: keep reading! Why? BrightBee gets a kick out of getting things done in complex situations. Large, (inter)national B2B and B2C organisations, multiple stakeholders, varying propositions and continuously changing situations are everyday business to Debbie. How? 4 core values: * Clever: being able to quickly on-board and understand the context enables Debbie to get to the core of a question – fast. Listening carefully before making useful assumptions and then developing a hands-on strategic approach or plan, with concrete tools already in mind, is what BrightBee does best. * Critical: yes, sometimes questions are asked that can be perceived as hard. However, BrightBee firmly believes some questions are important to really understand the situation before adding well-thought value to your brand or organisation. * Decisive: no matter which questions BrightBee asks, the reason behind asking them is always to get things done in the most efficient and result-driven way. And if the first, second or third solution doesn’t work, Debbie will find a smart way to one that does. * Fun: just love the job! Finding out what drives people, and how Debbie can help them, is something that gives real energy. Her enthusiasm makes her authentic, friendly and approachable. What? * Positioning exercises: from handling the initial workshop to delivering a corporate story and values * Insight and customer journey development * Integrated campaign and project management: from internal to external branding, online and offline - if all those elements link together and make sense, BrightBee is as happy as can be! * Roll-out calendars and content plans * Execution of tools, working with agencies to pull the whole project together
