What Will You Do
Transform marketing data into insights that enable precise decisions on investment allocation and growth direction. Hybrid role: Data + Performance + Strategy + Attribution
Analyze the performance of marketing channels (Google Ads, Meta, ATL/BTL, web, CRM)
Provide insights and recommendations that directly influence budget allocation and campaign direction
Build dashboards and reports that are actually used for decision-making
Develop and improve marketing measurement and attribution logic (tracking, UTM structure, data architecture)
Integrate different data sources into a unified analytical model
Work with GA4, Power BI, HubSpot (or similar tools)
Initiate hypotheses and contribute to testing (A/B tests, campaign optimization)
Help answer key business questions: Where should we invest more? Where are we wasting budget? What actually drives value?
What We Expect
3+ years of experience in marketing or performance data analysis
Ability to turn data into clear decisions and business recommendations
Experience with GA4 and BI tools, as well as CRM systems
Understanding of attribution, funnel analysis, and marketing performance measurement
Ability to work with multiple data sources and structure them effectively
Strong logical thinking and ability to structure information clearly
Curiosity and willingness to ask questions (even uncomfortable ones)
Goal-oriented mindset and approach
Nice to have: Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or SaaS, basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or R, experience with experimentation (A/B testing), knowledge of data visualization best practices, familiarity with AI tools
