We are building a world-class, AI-driven B2B analytics SaaS. Built from scratch as a core product, it defines a new generation of marketing analytics within Tesonet Group.
You’ll join while core architecture, data flows, and engineering principles are actively being designed, with the opportunity to take real ownership and shape how the product is built and how teams collaborate.

You’ll own the full email channel - from strategy to execution - driving product adoption, retention, and revenue through data-driven lifecycle and campaign programs. This is a high-impact role where you’ll work closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales to turn our analytics platform into a must-have tool for B2B marketers.

Main Responsibilities
Owning the end-to-end email marketing strategy - from audience segmentation and journey mapping to copy, design briefs, A/B testing, and performance analysis
Building and optimizing automated lifecycle programs that move users through the funnel at scale
Partnering with the Marketing and Product teams to translate platform features and data insights into compelling, persona-driven email narratives that drive engagement and adoption
Managing and continuously improving our email tech stack to ensure reliable deliverability, accurate tracking, and clean data flows
Defining and owning key email KPIs and presenting regular performance reports with actionable recommendations
Running a structured experimentation program - testing subject lines, send times, content formats, CTAs, and segmentation hypotheses - to continuously improve results
Maintaining list hygiene, consent compliance, and deliverability best practices to protect sender reputation and maximize inbox placement
Collaborating with the content and design teams to produce high-quality, on-brand email assets that reflect our positioning as an AI-driven B2B analytics platform
Identifying growth opportunities through email - new segments, referral loops, product-led triggers - and turning them into scalable programs that compound over time.
Core Requirements
3+ years of hands-on email marketing experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS or tech environment, with a track record of owning lifecycle programs end-to-end
Proficiency with at least one major ESP/marketing automation platform and confidence working with CRM integrations and data pipelines
Strong analytical mindset - comfortable pulling your own data from dashboards, running A/B test analysis, and making decisions based on metrics rather than gut feel
Solid understanding of email deliverability, list segmentation, suppression logic, and compliance requirements
Strong copywriting instincts - you can write a tight subject line, a clear CTA, and a persuasive nurture sequence, and you know why each works
Strong understanding of email copywriting principles - you can brief a copywriter effectively, give sharp feedback on subject lines, CTAs, and nurture sequences, and know what works well
Experience collaborating closely with Product, Sales, teams to align email programs with pipeline and retention goals, and working hand-in-hand with the broader marketing team on integrated campaigns, messaging consistency, and shared channel goals
A self-starter who takes ownership, moves fast, and can manage multiple campaigns simultaneously without losing attention to detail or quality.
Salary Range
Gross salary: 2200 - 4000 Eur per month.
