Our clients are on the lookout for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to drive the acquisition of new clients and opportunities through targeted outreach and strategic marketing efforts. This role is crucial in supporting sales teams and expanding the client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies using various channels such as email, social media, and events.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Qualify leads through outreach and follow-up communication to determine viability.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to provide them with high-quality leads and insights.
  • Maintain a database of leads and track outreach efforts using CRM tools.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of lead generation efforts and refine strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare reports detailing lead generation metrics and performance.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with prospects effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and lead generation software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns and projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and analytics.
  • Understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.

Preferred:

  • Experience in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Knowledge of social media marketing and networking techniques.
  • Proven track record of achieving lead generation targets.
