Global Recruiter 1

We are looking for a Global Recruiter 1 at Sizanid Staffing to support our international clients by sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across various industries and geographic locations.

This role requires a detail-oriented recruiter who can manage end-to-end recruitment processes while ensuring a positive candidate experience and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, interviewing, and selection of candidates for global roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
• Communicate regularly with candidates and clients to provide updates and manage expectations.
• Maintain recruitment databases and track hiring metrics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legal requirements.
• Participate in recruitment meetings, training sessions, and continuous professional development.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a global or international recruitment environment.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools such as ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards.
• Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and work under deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Must be legally authorized to work in relevant countries as required by role.
