HVAC Service Technician
Full-Time – Office in West Babylon, NY – Service Territory Greater NY Area
Monday–Friday | Typically 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
On-Call Rotation
Multiple Openings based on experience
HVAC Service Technicians are responsible for the installation, maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial and residential HVAC systems. This role requires strong technical expertise, professionalism, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service while representing the company on-site.
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair HVAC systems and components
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on commercial and residential equipment
- Install and service heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Repair electronic, mechanical, and electrical HVAC components
- Maintain accurate service documentation and communicate findings clearly
- Deliver outstanding customer service while working independently in the field
What You Bring
- Minimum of five (5) years of HVAC service and troubleshooting experience
- Strong working knowledge of commercial and residential HVAC systems
- Experience with AAON, Mitsubishi, Daikin, and LG systems preferred
- Ability to diagnose issues efficiently and complete repairs correctly the first time
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid, clean driver’s license required
- EPA Certification preferred

- Competitive compensation based on experience up to $125,000 plus – Local Union 638B
