Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for an Payroll Specialist for one of our partners, a multinational healthcare provider.

Responsibilities:
- Support the preparation of monthly payroll in collaboration with the team
- Handle payroll for your own set group of practices
- Update and maintain all employee master data in our HR software (Personio)
- Answer inquiries from our colleagues regarding payroll
- Assist with general telephone and written correspondence, e.g. health insurance providers, insurance companies, and government offices
- Responsible managing official reporting and certification processes.
- Participate in projects (e.g. process optimization, introduction of employee benefits, etc.)
Requirements
- You have successfully completed a commercial (business-related) studies or similar
- Solid professional experience in the above mentioned tasks
- Experience with Personio and DATEV (Payroll & Salary) would be considered as an advantage
- You enjoy administrative and office organization tasks
- You are communicative, open-minded, and service-oriented, and you work independently and with a strong sense of responsibility
- Enjoy working in a team.
- Fluency in German (C1) is a must.
