JoomPro is one of the key businesses of Joom, an international tech-centric group of e-commerce companies founded in 2016 in Latvia. We are now looking for a Senior Category Manager to lead and support assortment-related projects aimed at GMV and gross profit growth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct price analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities
- Identify closed and underserved niches to create new assortment rules
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (sourcing, merchants management, product team, overseas marketing and sales) for complex assortment-related initiatives
- Develop category management best practices and frameworks for scalable growth
Requirements
- Deep understanding of foreign markets and customers' logic and patterns
- Experience working with data analytics, analyzing conversion metrics, platform performance data, and competitive trends
- Extensive category management experience at e-commerce platforms, preferably in senior positions and with Home & Kitchen product category
- Flexibility & adaptability to lead autonomously in uncertain and diversified cultural environments
- Excellent level of proficiency in English with the ability to communicate complex strategies across global teams
