Now we are looking for a Logistics Operations Specialist in Brazil who will be responsible for liaising with logistics service providers and customs clearance, assisting KAMs with declarations (NCM codes), and preparing transportation documents.
Responsibilities
- Consulting sales department on logistics and customs matters
- Assistance with logistics and customs cost calculations
- NCM codes classification
- Preparation of documents for importing goods into Brazil from other countries
- Negotiating contracts with carriers, forwarders, customs brokers and etc.
Requirements
- Over 3 years of experience in logistics and/or customs brokers service companies on the same position
- Knowledge of NCM codes classification
- Experience with AI, MS Office namely with Excel and Macros
- Good communication skills
- Fluent English
