We are looking for a Partner Program Manager (JoomPulse's Affiliate Program) who will be scaling partner-driven revenue and transforming the partner program into JoomPulse's largest growth engine.
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize the complete partner journey end-to-end: recruitment, onboarding, certification, activation, retention, and reactivation
- Build and operate partner infrastructure, including Academy, partner CRM, attribution systems, reporting, directory, and community programs
- Define and own partner program KPIs, activation metrics, productivity benchmarks, and retention frameworks
- Analyze partner performance, identify growth opportunities, and drive continuous improvements through experimentation and automation
- Implement scalable workflows using CRM, no-code, automation, and AI tools
- Work cross-functionally across marketing, sales, support, and leadership teams to align the partner program with broader company goals
Requirements
- Experience managing partner, affiliate, channel, ambassador, or community programs
- Proven experience building growth (marketing and/or sales) systems in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with competing priorities and tight deadlines
- Strong understanding of partner economics, attribution, funnel management, and lifecycle analytics
- Proven ability to build scalable operational systems and growth programs from the ground up
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in spreadsheets, reporting, and performance tracking
- Experience with CRM, automation, and AI tools (e.g., HubSpot, Make, n8n, FirstPromoter, Airtable, Google Sheets)
- Fluent English
Preferred
- Experience in B2B SaaS partner programs management
- Knowledge of the Brazilian e-commerce ecosystem (Mercado Livre, Shopee, seller communities)
