The VP Marketing directs campaigns aiming to increase voter turnout and forum attendance.
### Time Commitment
Low: ~1-2 hours per week
High: ~3-7 hours per week
### Main Responsibilities
  • Create promotional materials to boost voter and
    candidate turnout.
  • Create bulletin boards for candidate information.
  • Promote CUS Elections’ social media (website, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
  • Promote CUS Elections on CUS platforms (Instagram, COMM Street, CUSunday Newsletters).
  • Monitor candidate promotional materials to ensure
    candidates are following the CUS Constitution and Code of Procedure.
  • Provide assistance for the promotion and polling booths.
  • Attend regular meetings and all election-related events.
  • ### Qualifications
  • Ability to manage social media
  • People-oriented and communication skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Interest in marketing is an asset
  • Proficiency in graphic editing tools or videography (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere/Final Cut Pro, Illustrator, etc.) is an asset
