The VP Logistics leads event planning, external outreach, and boothing opportunities where needed.

### Time Commitment

Low: ~1-3 hours per week
High: ~5-6 hours per week

### Main Responsibilities

Manage the logistics of all election events (e.g. task
delegation) and note important event-related matters during meetings.

Complete room bookings for all election-related events, including the Information Sessions, All-Candidates Meetings, and All-Candidates Forums.

Maintain knowledge of CUS Elections Committee affairs and the CUS Code of Procedure.

Identify areas for student engagement and act upon
these ideas in coordination with the Co-Chairpersons, Vice Chairperson, and VP Student Engagement.

Contact clubs and external partners for collaboration on events and projects.

Work with the Co-Chairpersons and Vice Chairperson to increase voter turnout and election awareness.

### Qualifications

Ability to work independently and within a team

Interest in working with partners and other clubs

Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills

Project management and event planning experience are assets
