SUMMARY
Support first-year representatives by creating and managing a rotational development plan across sub-teams
Assist Co-Chairs with onboarding and internal coordination tasks
Plan and execute team socials and bonding initiatives, especially after major events
Lead internal check-ins and facilitate sub-team meetings
Strong people leadership and ability to build inclusive team environments
Organized and capable of managing multiple moving pieces
Proactive and solutions-oriented
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Time Commitment
4-6 hours per week
May increase close to major event periods
Term of Employment
