SUMMARY

Shapes and maintains the internal culture of CUS Sustainability by fostering a supportive, organized, and engaging team environment.
### Main Responsibilities
  • Support first-year representatives by creating and managing a rotational development plan across sub-teams

  • Assist Co-Chairs with onboarding and internal coordination tasks

  • Plan and execute team socials and bonding initiatives, especially after major events

  • Lead internal check-ins and facilitate sub-team meetings

  • ### Your Qualities

  • Organized and capable of managing multiple moving pieces

  • Proactive and solutions-oriented

  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through

  • ### Additional Information

    Time Commitment

    4-6 hours per week

    May increase close to major event periods
