SUMMARY
Develop and manage the annual budget in collaboration with Co-Chairs
Act as liaison with the CUS Finance Commission
Track expenses, process reimbursements, and monitor financial performance
Identify and communicate budget risks or constraints
Support sponsorship efforts by aligning financial needs with funding opportunities
Strong attention to detail and financial accuracy
Comfortable working with budgets and financial tracking
Clear communicator who can translate financial information to the team
Interest or background in finance/accounting is an asset
Time Commitment
4-6 hours per week
May increase close to major event periods
Term of Employment
June 2026 - April 2027
