SUMMARY

Logistics Coordinators work closely with the VP Events to plan and execute CUS Sustainability’s major initiatives throughout the year. This includes networking nights, workshops, collaborations with other clubs, community service initiatives, and our annual sustainability case competition.

### Main Responsibilities

Coordinate event logistics such as room bookings, catering, equipment, and itineraries

Support event setup, execution, and troubleshooting on event days

Assist with planning timelines and communicating with collaborators or vendors

Ensure events run smoothly and align with the club’s vision and goals

### Your Qualities

Experience in case competitions (competing/planning)

Ability to manage and coordinate with multiple teams while meeting deadlines

Experience in event planning

Strong communication (oral/written), teamwork, and organizational skills

### Additional Information

Time Commitment

5-7 hours per week

May increase close to major event periods
