Corporate Relations Coordinators

CR Coordinators build and maintain relationships with sponsors, professionals, organizations, and campus partners to support CUS Sustainability’s initiatives and events.

Reach out to potential sponsors, speakers, and collaborators

Assist with sponsorship packages and outreach communications

Maintain professional relationships with external partners and UBC representatives

Support recruitment of speakers and industry professionals for events

Represent the club professionally during in-person and online networking sessions and platforms

Have excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Previous sponsorship experience is an asset, but not required

Enthusiasm to learn about sustainability applicable for interacting with speakers, guests, and sponsors

Time Commitment

5-7 hours per week

May increase close to major event periods

Term of Employment

June 2026 - April 2027
