World Wide Professional Solutions (WWPS) is seeking Schedule Technicians and Schedule Integrators to support large scale semiconductor construction and tool install programs across multiple U.S. manufacturing sites in Oregon, New Mexico, Arizona, and Ohio.
These roles support a confidential advanced manufacturing client delivering complex cleanroom, facilities, and tool install projects within highly technical manufacturing environments. We are seeking both early career and experienced scheduling professionals who can support integrated construction and tool install schedules in fast paced project environments. Semiconductor and cleanroom construction experience is strongly preferred. Candidates with experience supporting large industrial, mission critical, advanced manufacturing, or highly technical construction programs may also be considered.
Position Overview
The Schedule Technician and Schedule Integrator roles support the planning, development, coordination, maintenance, and reporting of integrated project schedules for semiconductor construction and tool install programs.
These positions work closely with project managers, construction teams, engineering groups, area coordinators, factory stakeholders, subcontractors, and manufacturing teams to maintain executable schedules aligned with project milestones, operational constraints, and installation sequencing requirements.
Successful candidates will help drive schedule visibility, identify impacts and recovery opportunities, support forecasting activities, and contribute to successful project execution across highly complex industrial construction programs.
Schedule Technician Responsibilities
- Support schedule updates, progress tracking, and reporting activities within Primavera P6.
- Coordinate with project managers, area coordinators, construction teams, and stakeholders to collect schedule updates and maintain accurate project data.
- Assist with incorporation of facility, base build, and tool install constraints into project schedules.
- Support development and maintenance of executable schedules for construction and tool install activities.
- Help identify schedule impacts resulting from design changes, construction sequencing changes, procurement delays, or installation conflicts.
- Assist with schedule impact assessments and what-if scenario analysis.
- Support identification of negative float conditions and assist project teams with schedule recovery planning efforts.
- Participate in project meetings and provide schedule status updates to stakeholders.
- Assist with production of weekly reports, project indicators, and schedule dashboards that communicate project progress and status.
- Support schedule data collection and coordination activities across assigned project areas.
Schedule Integrator Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and publish integrated project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Lead coordination efforts with project managers, area coordinators, engineering teams, factory stakeholders, and trade partners to maintain alignment across construction and tool install activities.
- Incorporate functional area updates, installation sequencing requirements, supplier delivery timing, and operational constraints into integrated schedules.
- Identify schedule related risks, sequencing conflicts, and execution gaps that may impact project milestones or factory needs.
- Provide schedule impact analysis for project changes, delays, acceleration efforts, and what-if scenarios.
- Work closely with engineering, industrial engineering, construction, and manufacturing teams to resolve schedule conflicts and support executable recovery plans.
- Present schedule status, forecast updates, and schedule concerns within project meetings and leadership forums.
- Identify and communicate negative float conditions and support mitigation planning with project stakeholders.
- Produce weekly schedule reports, forecasting updates, milestone tracking, and project indicators for leadership review.
- Provide support coverage for lead scheduling responsibilities when required.
Requirements
- Experience supporting construction scheduling, project controls, project coordination, or integrated scheduling activities on industrial or large capital construction projects.
- Working knowledge of Primavera P6 scheduling software preferred.
- Understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling principles and construction sequencing logic.
- Ability to support schedule forecasting, progress tracking, reporting, and impact analysis activities.
- Strong communication and coordination skills within multidisciplinary project teams.
- Ability to work effectively within fast paced construction and manufacturing environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and standard project reporting tools.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Controls, or related field preferred.
- Entry level candidates with internship, co-op, or construction coordination experience are encouraged to apply for Schedule Technician opportunities.
- Experienced scheduling professionals with Primavera P6 experience and large industrial or semiconductor project backgrounds are encouraged to apply for Schedule Integrator opportunities.
