We are also building a high-performance HR team to support large-scale hiring, onboarding, and workforce operations across Sales, Marketing, and Digital roles.

Recruiting Manager (Onsite – Cebu)

  • 5–8+ years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Proven experience managing high-volume hiring (50–200+ hires)
  • Strong leadership experience managing recruiters or sourcers
  • Experience hiring for sales, marketing, or BPO environments preferred
  • Ability to build and execute full recruitment strategies
  • Strong stakeholder management and reporting skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy for all departments
  • Manage recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, conversion rates)
  • Build sourcing strategies for night shift and onsite roles
  • Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs

Recruiter (Onsite – Cebu)

  • 1–4+ years experience in recruitment or sourcing
  • Experience in high-volume or agency recruitment preferred
  • Strong communication and candidate screening skills
  • Comfortable handling multiple roles at once (sales, marketing, HR, etc.)
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, or ATS tools

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen candidates across all open roles
  • Conduct initial interviews and shortlist candidates
  • Coordinate interviews and hiring pipeline
  • Maintain candidate database and follow-up process

HR Generalist (Onsite – Cebu)

  • 2–5 years HR experience (operations, onboarding, employee relations)
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and labor compliance (PH setting)
  • Experience handling onboarding and employee documentation
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Handle HR documentation, contracts, and compliance
  • Support employee relations and engagement
  • Assist payroll coordination and attendance tracking
  • Maintain HR records and internal policies

Talent Acquisition Specialist (Volume Hiring Focus)

  • Focused purely on sourcing, interviewing and pipeline building
  • Can fill Ideal more than 100+ roles quickly
  • Works closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers

HR Onboarding Specialist

  • Handles new hire onboarding experience
  • Conducts orientation and training coordination
  • Ensures smooth first 30–90 days experience

HR Operations Specialist

  • Focus on HR systems, records, and compliance
  • Manages employee data and reporting
  • Supports payroll and attendance systems

Employee Engagement Specialist

  • Focus on retention and culture building
  • Handles events, feedback, and performance engagement
  • Important for high-turnover night shift environments

HR Assistant (Entry Level)

  • Supports HR admin work, documentation, scheduling
  • Ideal for scaling operations quickly during mass hiring

Requirements

  • Must be willing to work onsite in Cebu
  • Must be willing to work night shift (aligned with international clients)
  • Strong communication skills (English required)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Team player with a proactive and solution-driven mindset
