Posted 30 days ago

OfficeFort Smith, Arkansas, United StatesSE75k - 100k USD

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, with full ownership of execution, financial performance, and client relationships.

This is not a support or partial-process role. The ideal candidate will independently manage projects end-to-end — including estimating, contracts, scheduling, cost control, subcontractor coordination, and client communication — across a diverse pipeline of commercial, industrial, and institutional work.

This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on builder who understands both field operations and project financials, thrives in an ownership-driven environment, and takes pride in delivering successful projects from award through completion.

What You'll Own

  • 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience OR a construction-related degree with demonstrated project management responsibility
  • Hands-on experience with estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and contract management
  • Proven ability to independently manage multiple concurrent projects with minimal oversight
  • Strong communication, coordination, and client-facing skills
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable operating in a high-autonomy environment
  • Experience with commercial, industrial, or institutional construction projects preferred
  • PMP, OSHA, or comparable certifications are a plus
  • Must be willing to work in-office; relocation candidates welcome
