The VP Logistics & Internal manages internal communications, scheduling, event coordination, and score tracking to ensure smooth operations across the program and case competition activities.
### Time Commitment
  • 2-4 hours/week from May 2026 - September 2026

  • 4-8 hours/week from Jan 2027 - April 2027

  • ### Term of Employment

    May 2026 - March 2027

    ### Main Responsibilities
  • Facilitate internal team communications and plan team-building activities to strengthen relationships within the Executive Team

  • Cultivate a supportive team environment that encourages inclusivity and engagement 

  • Manage event plans, scheduling, and materials for sessions

  • Create event task lists and timelines to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner

  • Secure bookings by working with the CUS, Sauder, and other stakeholders

  • Oversee tracking and tabulation of individual/team scores throughout the program and competition

  • ### Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities and a passion for building a positive team environment 

  • Strong sense of responsibility and exceptional attention to detail

  • Effective time management skills and ability to plan ahead

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a team-based mindset

  • Experience planning and executing team events or social activities

  • Experience working with Microsoft Excel is an asset

  • Commitment to Casing Junior Development and its success

  • ### Anticipated Learning Outcomes

    The VP Logistics & Internal should be able to develop their communication skills throughout their term. The incumbents will also be able to meet and develop connections with business professionals. In addition, incumbents will have opportunities to use and develop skills in (but not limited to) the following areas:

  • Extensive knowledge of event development, especially with the execution of case competitions

  • Strong experiences with building team culture and cohesiveness

  • Understand typical business and internal processes within an organization

  • Develop professional communication abilities with key stakeholders, including the CUS
