Event Coordinator (4)

The Sauder Sports Event Coordinators will be responsible for planning and organizing operations such as bookings and rentals, ensuring all logistics and volunteer coordination are handled efficiently.

4-5 hours per week, 6 hours during peak times

May 2026 - March 2027

● Attending all meetings.

● Research and plan venues ahead of time to reduce conflict.
● Organize venue bookings and rentals for sports equipment.
● Work jointly with VP Finance to manage event budgets and funding.
● Recruit and manage volunteers to assist with event execution.
● Monitor event progress and make real-time adjustments.
● Participation in Sauder Sports events.

 

● Strong ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
● Organized and time-oriented with an eye for detail.
● Communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members.
● Ability to think on your feet and solve problems quickly and efficiently.
● A passion for fitness and athletics, and contagious Sauder Spirit.
