Roof Tiler

Aureol Global Connections is seeking experienced Roof Tilers to join our construction team. As a Roof Tiler, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roof tiles to ensure the structural integrity and weatherproofing of residential and commercial buildings. This role requires skilled craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards to deliver high-quality roofing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Install roof tiles, slates, and associated materials according to specifications and building codes.
• Inspect roofs for damage or wear and carry out necessary repairs or replacements.
• Measure and cut tiles to fit roof structures precisely.
• Work collaboratively with other tradespeople to complete roofing projects efficiently.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed on site, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Manage tools and equipment, performing maintenance to ensure operational readiness.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the worksite to comply with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Roof Tiler or similar roofing role.
• Knowledge of different roofing materials and installation techniques.
• Ability to work at heights safely and comfortably.
• Good physical fitness and manual dexterity suitable for roof tiling work.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to roofing construction.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and travel to different sites as required.
