Welder Fabricator

Aureol Global Connections is looking for a dedicated Welder Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating metal components and performing welding tasks to support production. Responsibilities

• Fabricate metal parts and structures following blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Perform various welding techniques to assemble components accurately.
• Cut, grind, and prepare materials for welding and fabrication.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality and safety standards.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working order.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; welding certification is advantageous.
• Previous experience as a Welder Fabricator or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in welding and metal fabrication techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Good physical condition and ability to perform manual tasks.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards in welding and fabrication.
