Assist the POITS Co-Chairs in completing the 2026/2027 budget

Submit invoice to CUS/AMS, and obtain cheque fromCUS/AMS for

payment on event day

Submit exec & team member reimbursements to CUS/AMS
-
Communicate portfolio budgets to other team members
-
Adhere to the budget and monitor spending amongst the team
-
Basic understanding of accounting and budgeting
-
Responsible and outgoing
-
Strong organization skills and attention to detail
-
Experience with CUS reimbursement process an asset
-
Hands-on experience in budgeting and financial management
-
Strengthen knowledge of CUS/AMS financial processes and systems

Enhanced exposure to POITS and CUS organization
