Assist Directors, VPs, and Co-Chairs in planning and orchestrating events and activities to increase student participation in POITS

Attend bi-weekly meetings to brainstorm event logistics.

Handle event operations, including cash handling / ticket sales, serving drinks, setup, and takedown

Able to attend and participate in POITS events

Approachable and social, able to facilitate a welcoming environment

Responsible, collaborative, and a team player

Event management, planning, and execution

Social media / digital promotion

Gain insight into event marketing and partnership strategy within POITS
