Logistics Director

The Logistics Director is required to closely cooperate with the Chair and Vice Chair to ensure that all CAP operations are conducted in an efficient manner. The Logistics Director will handle logistics and work closely with the Executive team and the UGO representatives to create training materials and the presentation.
10 hours during the summer.
Sept-Dec: 2-4 hours per week.
Jan-Apr: 4-5 hours per week
More during peak times.
● Maintain the schedule of presentations and ensure presenters attend their presentations
● Help to implement a new presentation scheduling system.
● Help organize and coordinate club events and ensure everything runs smoothly
● Work with existing resources to redesign, create and distribute promotional material
● Operations and logistics (ex. Business Week, team activities)
● Work with Co-Chairs to develop training program
● Assist in developing case material and curriculum and assist in event planning for our high school case competition and flagship event
● Desire to represent Sauder to potential students
● Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills
● Ability to work well in a team
● Strong organization skills and leadership
● Ability to make creative and efficient PowerPoint presentations
The Logistics Director should be able to develop their communication skills throughout the term. As Logistics Director, they will also be able to develop management skills as they aid in overseeing all the program’s functions.
