Microsoft Systems Administrator - On Premises

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Microsoft Systems Administrator – On Premises  to join our UniQue team.

What will you be doing in this role?

• Contributing to the design, engineering, and implementation of on-premises Microsoft Enterprise Application solutions, including Multi-Domain Active Directory with PKI and Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
• Providing subject matter expertise in the development of new Microsoft Enterprise Application solutions
• Maintaining the digital infrastructure environment, including Active Directory GPO maintenance, end-user computing image creation, and application deployment and maintenance
• Managing and resolving Microsoft Enterprise Application incident tickets in a 3rd-line support capacity
• Troubleshooting and investigating application errors, malfunctions, and related technical issues

Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this position?

• University degree and at least 3 years of experience in Microsoft Enterprise Applications Operations
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11 end-user computing environments
• Experience with ITSM frameworks, with ITIL Foundation certification considered an advantage
• Familiarity with Configuration Manager, endpoint security, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Active Directory, and SCCM
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to support continuous service improvement
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users and communicate fluently in English
