Our client is looking for a proactive and motivated Influencer Outreach Specialist to join their marketing team. This role focuses on identifying, contacting, and building relationships with influencers to enhance brand visibility and amplify marketing campaigns across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential influencers aligned with client brand values and campaign goals.
• Conduct outreach and initiate communication to establish partnerships and collaborations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, ensuring ongoing engagement and mutual benefit.
• Coordinate influencer campaigns, tracking deliverables, timelines, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to align influencer activities with campaign strategies.
• Monitor influencer activity and campaign results, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization.
• Stay updated on industry trends, influencer marketing platforms, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, outreach, or relationship management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms and social media channels.
• Ability to manage multiple influencer relationships and projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to outreach and problem-solving.
