Role

Ship AI-powered products that solve real business problems. Own features end-to-end, from customer problems to pixel-perfect launch.

What You'll Do

• Own a product area end-to-end: discovery, specs, design review, launch, metrics

• Ship pixel-perfect UI/UX. Obsess over spacing, typography, interaction patterns

• Decompose ambiguous business problems into first-principles logic and crisp PRDs

• Work directly with engineering, design, and founders. Move fast with high agency

• Run user interviews, analyze usage data, iterate based on evidence

• Horsepower: Learn fast, think clearly, absorb complexity quickly

• Ownership: High agency. Unblock yourself, drive outcomes without hand-holding

• Taste: Obsession for pixel-perfect design and aesthetics. You notice misaligned pixels

• Logical thinking: Break down problems into hypotheses. Reason from first principles

• Business exposure: Prior experience in startups, VC, consulting, or operating roles

Ideal Background

• 0–2 years experience in product, startups, VC, or strategy roles

• Prior PM internship or founder/early-operator experience preferred

• Portfolio or work samples showing product thinking or design sensibility
