HR Intern

HR Intern- Libra AI Bengaluru | Internship | 3–6 months

Who We Are Libra AI is an early-stage AI startup building an Agentic WorkOS- connect your tools, tell it what you need, it handles the busywork.

What You'll Do

• Source candidates, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.

• Own onboarding — offers, tool access (Slack, Google Workspace, GitHub), day-one readiness.

• Maintain employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.

• Plan team events, engagement activities, and wellness initiatives.

• Draft HR policies and process docs as we scale.

• Track attendance, leaves, and help with payroll coordination.

• Research compensation benchmarks and hiring best practices.

• Support ad-hoc projects from the leadership team.

What We're Looking For

• Fresh Grad or pursuing a degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, or related field.

• Strong communication skills — you'll be the first touchpoint for candidates.

• Comfortable with Google Workspace and Slack.

• Detail-oriented and able to handle sensitive data.

• Self-starter who works well in ambiguity — no 200-page HR manuals here.

• Available to work from Bengaluru office at least 3 days/week.

Bonus If You Have

• Prior HR or recruiting internship experience.

• Familiarity with HRIS tools (BambooHR, Zoho People).

• Interest in AI/SaaS startups.

• Basic understanding of Indian labor law.
