Executive-Influencer and Meme Marketing (On Teamlease)

We are looking for a commercially driven Executive to manage influencer and meme marketing closures. The role focuses on negotiating and finalizing deals with agencies, meme pages, and talent managers, while building a strong database of creators and partners.

• Identify, connect, and close deals with influencer agencies, meme pages, and talent managers
• Negotiate commercials, deliverables, timelines, and usage rights
• Build and maintain a structured database of influencers, meme pages, and agencies (Excel)
• Coordinate with agencies to ensure smooth campaign execution post-closure
• Stay updated on trending meme pages, creators, and industry landscape
• Collect campaign reports and data from agencies.

• Strong awareness of meme pages, influencer ecosystem, and talent agencies
• Understanding of influencer commercials, pricing benchmarks, and deal structures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data management) and PowerPoint (presentations)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and manage a creator/agency database
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and metrics.

• Well-informed about internet culture, meme trends, and creators
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Ability to manage multiple conversations and closures simultaneously
