From developing fresh ideas, to writing short scripts and producing and executing a  promo  to market an animated show  you’ll play a key role in building characters and content  that resonate with children and families across India.

### Key Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize and create high-impact on-air promos, campaigns, and brand communication for kids’ entertainment channels.
  • Brainstorm and develop innovative promo concepts, show stacks, campaign ideas, scripts, and storytelling formats aligned with the creative brief and channel tonality.
  • Collaborate closely with Graphic Designers, Editors, and Audio Engineers to deliver compelling promos that are visually engaging and brand-consistent.
  • Oversee the creative execution of promo packaging elements including logos, supers, graphic treatments, and digital/on-air assets.
  • Translate marketing and programming briefs into creative solutions that resonate with the target audience while maintaining brand identity.
  • Independently manage projects end-to-end, coordinating with internal stakeholders and departments to ensure timely delivery across multiple campaigns.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of kids’ entertainment trends, pop culture, storytelling formats, and evolving viewer preferences.

### Skills & Attributes for success:
  • Strong experience in writing scripts for on-air promotions, branded content, AVs, short-format content, and channel campaigns.
  • Ability to convert ideas and briefs into engaging creative concepts.
  • Strong direction sensibilities with hands-on understanding of editing, pacing, music, and storytelling.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across teams independently.
  • Proficiency in Hindi and English (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Strong understanding of kids’ content, animation, and broadcast branding is an added advantage.
### Preferred Education & Experience:
  • 5–10 years of experience in a leading TV Network, OTT platform, digital media company, or creative agency.
  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Mass Communication, Media, Advertising, or related fields preferred.
