About this role

Work From Anywhere in LATAM

Work Schedule: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM ET | Monday–Friday, with tight turnaround windows

Compensation Range: $1,250 - $1,750 USD/month based on experience

A high-touch luxury travel agency is looking for a Travel Coordinator to transform raw travel proposals into polished, client-ready itineraries and elevate every client-facing deliverable.

The company designs bespoke, deeply curated trips for discerning travelers such as families and professionals, operating with meticulous attention to detail, personalized service, and elevated aesthetic standards. The culture is intentional and quality-obsessed, with no room for error.

Day-to-day, the role centers on itinerary formatting in Canva, drafting pre-arrival and trip-summary communications, and managing light backend logistics with hotels, guides, and in-destination partners. Success means faster turnaround, consistently on-brand materials, and error-free client communications that let the team scale without sacrificing quality.

Requirements

Must-Have

  • Advanced proficiency in Canva, including template-based design and multi-page layout — portfolio or sample work required
  • Demonstrated experience producing polished, error-free, client-facing documents or itineraries (formatting, layout, and grammar)
  • Hands-on experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) for document production and file organization
  • Experience using ClickUp or a comparable task management tool to track multiple parallel deliverables
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver completed work within tight turnaround windows (under 48 hours)
  • Experience drafting structured, client-ready written communications such as pre-arrival emails or trip summaries
  • C1+ English (CEFR) for client-facing written communication

Nice-to-Have

  • Prior experience in luxury travel, hospitality, or events
  • Background in graphic design, layout, editorial, or visual production
  • Familiarity with itinerary planning or travel-industry software and workflows
  • Proficiency with additional design or content tools beyond Canva (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
