Marketing Admin & Events Coordinator (w/ experience in Webinar event)
Coordinate and administer marketing operations, event logistics, supplier management, and business processes to ensure efficient delivery of marketing initiatives.
Manage end-to-end event and webinar execution, including registrations, stakeholder communications, reporting, data management, and workflow compliance.
Qualifications
Specific Responsibilities
At all times, comply with SGS Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct.
Coordinate booking forms, POs, and Oracle workflows
Support webinar setup, dry runs, and execution in ON24
Upload leads into Salesforce and ensures data accuracy
Manage attendee lists, follow ups, and reporting
Handle admin workflows, data entry, and documentation
Maintain event calendars and SLA tracking
Complete other duties or tasks assigned by the Manager or other leadership.
Ensures work area in RBS is always kept clean and presentable.
Remains familiar with SGS quality assurance procedures.
Complies to all SGS health and safety and HR policies and procedures.
Profile
Bachelor’s degree, preferable in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related degree. Equivalent technical or professional qualification will be accepted in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
2–4 years’ experience in marketing admin or events
Strong organisational and coordination skills
Comfortable with Oracle, ON24, Salesforce, Monday.com
Process driven, reliable, and detail focused
Able to manage multiple events simultaneously
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Able to manage multiple briefs simultaneously
Analytical with strong reporting capability
Additional Information
Required Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English at a B2 level.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
