ISTA Solutions, an outsourcing/offshoring company, is in search of an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our rapidly expanding team. Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain schedules, calendars, and appointments for patients.
Assist in rescheduling or reallocating resources when absences or changes occur.
Provide administrative support to client such as Credentialing and expirable follow-ups.

Requirements

At least 6 months BPO experience handling a Healthcare Account
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using MS Tools
Excellent verbal and written English skills
Willing to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong
Amenable working night shift
