Job Description

The Car Wash Attendant plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer experience by ensuring vehicles are cleaned, maintained, and presented to the highest standards. This position supports both the Sales and Service departments in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Responsibilities:

Wash, dry, and detail customer and dealership vehicles in a timely manner
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the wash bay and service areas
Assist with vehicle movement, including parking, staging, and transporting cars safely
Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and report any damage or issues
Support service and sales teams with day-to-day operational needs
Follow all safety procedures and company standards
Provide a high level of attention to detail to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications

Prior car wash, detailing, or dealership experience preferred but not required
Strong attention to detail and work ethic
Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to help
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions

Additional Requirements:

Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Ability to successfully complete pre-employment requirements, including background check, motor vehicle record (MVR) review, and drug screening

Additional Information

Compensation:

$20.00 per hour

(The Car Wash Attendant Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $20.00.)

Schedule:

Full Time
Monday through Sunday availability
