Job Description
The Car Wash Attendant plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer experience by ensuring vehicles are cleaned, maintained, and presented to the highest standards. This position supports both the Sales and Service departments in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Responsibilities:
- Wash, dry, and detail customer and dealership vehicles in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the wash bay and service areas
- Assist with vehicle movement, including parking, staging, and transporting cars safely
- Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and report any damage or issues
- Support service and sales teams with day-to-day operational needs
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
- Provide a high level of attention to detail to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Prior car wash, detailing, or dealership experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to help
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions
Additional Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to successfully complete pre-employment requirements, including background check, motor vehicle record (MVR) review, and drug screening
Additional Information
Compensation:
- $20.00 per hour
(The Car Wash Attendant Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $20.00.)
Schedule:
- Full Time
- Monday through Sunday availability
